My Fingerboards

My Fingerboards

This is my hodge podge collection of fingerboards. I can do some tricks with them, but I’ll need to post a video to show.

Asteroid Belt Painting

Acrylic, 6″ x 8″, Canvas panel                  Sale price: $25

I enjoyed making this because I love painting outer space scenes. Especially bodies that collide. I used a string for creating the fine white lines in the center and simply splattered on the dots.

G.I.T.D. Earth Painting

Acrylic, 12″ x 12″, Stretched Canvas              Sale price: sold

I enjoyed making this because I love space paintings and I got to finally dabble in my glow in the dark paint! Although I do get a certain satisfaction from painting places I cannot otherwise paint in person, It would simply be a shame not to visit space at least once during my life. Outer space is the limit. I palette knifed the moon and used metallic paints for the stars. When gazing upon this painting under the black-light, I like to imagine the full moon inevitably colliding with planet earth.

Space Caravan Painting

Acrylic, 16″ x 20″, Stretched Canvas               Sale price: $100

This painting was fun to make for me because I don’t usually use acrylic at this size of canvas. I love making space paintings! I like the vagabond vibe behind this night scene. I’ve never been to the desert or space and I’m pretty sure the tracks in the sand suggest these people should be walking in the opposite direction – BUT HEY!! The mystery continues.
